Pipe, Fittings, Duct, and Tank Insulation

Our fabricated insulation products can be used in various applications. For example, RigidFlex® is easily wrapped around pipes, tanks, flanges, valves, and irregular shapes. Our RigidFlex®1000 can do the same with operating temperatures up to 1,000°F.

Other fabricated insulation materials include:

These materials are ideal for various applications, including cryogenic, high-temperature, acoustical, and fire protection projects.

Insulation Jacketing

Browse our quality insulation jacketing products. These include PVC cut and curled jacketing and molded fitting covers. Jacketing materials are provided or applied to meet the following criteria:

  • Vapor barrier perm ratings
  • Resistance to UV exposure
  • Durability against physical damage
  • Visual appeal

We also offer preformed metal gores and roll and sheet metal.

Vessel Heads and Metal Finishes

Our quality fabricated engineered HATS®, including the Engineered Head Segments, Dished Heads, and Vessel Head Segments, can be used for pressure vessels and tanks. Each segment is custom designed for an exact fit. Segments are available in single-layer thickness from 1 1/2" to 4" and multiple layers from 3" and up.

Get our HATS fabricated in any of the following materials:

  • Calcium silicate
  • Cellular glass
  • Perlite
  • Polyisocyanurate
  • Polystyrene

Prefabricated companion metal finish materials ensure a proper fit. They also offer a finished appearance and optimal service life performance. They can help protect your tank or vessel head insulation system.

Pipe Supports

Fabricated pipe supports, such as the Fabricated 360° Pipe Support, offer superior performance. Their large bearing surface reduces insulation stress failures. These pipe supports also protect against thermal shorts that can reduce service life.
